On September 28th at Harvard, the members of the 2017 IT Leaders Program (ITLP) cohort graduated.  Cornell’s graduates include: Michael Baker (IPP), Kevin Baradet (JCB), Philip Robinson (SCL), Jessica Doolittle (CIT), and Jeff Bishop (ILR).

The IT Leaders Program is designed to enhance the professional and personal development of individuals who will play increasingly important management and leadership roles within their organizations. It is a multi-university, cross-campus program built around MOR Associates' core leadership curriculum and tuned to the needs of senior leaders. Rather than learning through case studies based on past events, participants work on real problems they are facing. Participation entails a 2-year commitment (year one is the program and year two is mentoring the next year's participants.) Objectives include:

  • Enhance the professional and personal development of individuals who will play increasingly important management and leadership roles within their organizations.
  • Broaden each participant’s understanding of the strategic issues facing higher education and how each institution is shaping its choices.
  • Strengthen the relationships within and across the participating universities in order to foster the collaboration needed to leverage resources when working on common interests.

Please join us in congratulating this year’s graduates!
