Subject matter experts (SMEs) tend to report symptoms. On Tuesday, May 10, 2022, from 9–10am ET, business analyst Chris Brown will discuss rooting out underlying business problems based on what the SMEs report. All are welcome to attend and are encouraged to bring their own examples of problem statements for the show-and-tell portion of the meeting.
