Starting February 22, 2021, items in the Trash in Cornell Box will be deleted thirty days after they are discarded. This change from the current ninety-day retention is required to meet Cornell’s contractual obligations. It also brings the Box’s Trash deletion setting in line with other Cornell services, such as Office 365 email’s Deleted Items. To review materials up for permanent deletion, in Box's left-hand menu, click Trash. If you'd like to keep something you've previously moved to the Trash, hover over it, click ... (More Options) and select Restore.
