The name of Bomgar Remote Assistance, which is used to provide support on some Cornell-owned computers, is changing to BeyondTrust Remote Support. The icon for the app will change from a capital B to a shield with arrows. The change will occur during a service upgrade between 7am and 9am on August 24, 2019.
