Bomgar Remote Assistance Changing Name to BeyondTrust

The name of Bomgar Remote Assistance, which is used to provide support on some Cornell-owned computers, is changing to BeyondTrust Remote Support. The icon for the app will change from a capital B to a shield with arrows. The change will occur during a service upgrade between 7am and 9am on August 24, 2019. During the upgrade, there will be periods where new remote assistance sessions will not be possible. Deployed Jump Clients will self-upgrade. More information about Bomgar Remote Assistance.
