CIT will migrate the Academic Web Hosting Dynamic and Static servers to new platforms. This migration will improve operating system and application infrastructure security. It is also required for the WebSSO Modernization Project, which will retire CUWebAuth and replace it with Shibboleth.

The CIT academic technologies support team will contact affected customers about their websites. We will provide a test environment to review the changes. Customers should test their websites as soon as possible. Many dynamic service sites will need some remediation. Customers will have time to test and remediate before we apply this change in production.
