The Alliance for Diversity and Inclusion (ADI) will be offering student internship opportunities again this year. The program, which began in 2008, not only encourages a culture of diversity and inclusion in the Cornell workplace but also provides great skills-building and networking experience for 28 talented student interns.

Opportunities are available in areas that include IT, Finance, Audit, Procurement, Accounting, Payroll, Retail, and Budget and Planning. In keeping with the mission of ADI, participating students in this program are members of underrepresented groups—women, minorities, veterans, and students with disabilities.

In addition to gaining valuable experience in the workplace, interns are expected to participate in a number of events designed to help them learn how Cornell departments function and build important career and networking skills. The program lasts about eight weeks, starting as early as May 31, 2022.
