This past week, over 230 Cornell staff and faculty attended our Zoom Basic training session. If you'd like to view either the Zoom Basic or Zoom Advanced training, the sessions have been recorded.

On Monday, January 16, 2017 CIT will soft launch Remedy’s customer web portal, MyIT. Support staff will need to be familiar with how to see and update ‘Work Orders’ in Remedy, and there are opportunities next week for users to view a demo and attend a training.

Last month we announced that on Sunday, January 15, 2017 users of Cmail would start to see the CUWebLogin page when they accessed their Cmail account. That change will no longer happen, users will see no change on their end.

Academic Technologies and the Center for Teaching Excellence have partnered with the School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions (SCE) to develop a quality review process for online courses offered by SCE during the Cornell Summer and Winter sessions.

Eight vans and two cars from IT@Cornell offer support around campus and beyond.

This is a reminder that the new, enhanced Net-Print launched on Tuesday, January 10. All users of Net-Print from personal laptops will need to reinstall the software and queues before they can print.
