Net-Print Fees and Billing

This article applies to: Net-Print

In most computer labs, the current charge is 9 cents a page for one-sided, black-and-white laser printing on 8.5x11 paper. For two-sided printing, the charge is 9 cents per side, so you won't save money but you will save paper, which is encouraged.

The charge for black-and-white printing is set by the departmental lab's administration, so prices vary, typically 3 to 10 cents per page.

The fee for color printing is higher, typically 20 to 50 cents per page.

For the most up-to-date pricing, see the Public Printer Cost Information page. For more about the costs associated with Net-Print, see the refund policy.
