Executive Technology Support is a service offered by CIT that provides IT support for Cornell executives and their immediate representatives, serving the President and Vice President's Offices, the University Counsel, the Offices of the Provost and Vice Provosts, and the Board of Trustees Office. IT support services include:

  • Desktop, laptop, and mobile device support
  • Technical consulting/planning for current/future technologies
  • Proactive product research
  • User education and training
  • Security consulting
  • Operations support including:
    • diagnostic and problem resolution
    • hardware and software acquisitions, upgrades, and installations
    • backups
    • server support, maintenance, and troubleshooting
