Problem: Message You Send Get Tagged as Spam
This article applies to: Email for Faculty and Staff
You may hear that messages you send are ending up in the recipients' Junk or Spam folders. If this happens to you,
-
Go to your account in Outlook on the Web.
(Launch Outlook on the Web / Go to Cornell's Outlook on the Web help pages).
This method will not work in Outlook for Mac or Windows, so use the Outlook on the Web app. -
Drag your message from the Junk folder into the body of a message addressed to the IT Service Desk (
itservicedesk@cornell.edu
). If you already have a ticket open with the IT Service Desk, include the ticket number in the message's Subject line. Include the information asked for above if you have not already provided that.
