Sign In to Equidox

Instructions for signing in to Equidox PDF remediation software.

This article applies to: Equidox

In order to sign in to Equidox at Cornell, you must use Cornell’s Single Sign On.

Depending on what services you’ve already signed into today, you may not see all the steps listed below.

  1. Go to the Equidox sign-in page.  If the Equidox App requests permissions, click Accept. (first time only)
  2. In the Equidox sign-in dialog box, click Sign in with Microsoft. Do not fill in the email and password fields in the Equidox dialog box. Do not use the "Forgot your password" link in the Equidox dialog box.
  3. In the Microsoft sign-in dialog box, enter your netid@cornell.edu address, then click Next.
  4. In the Cornell sign-in dialog box, sign in with your netid@cornell.edu address and password, then click Sign in. The help links ("What is this," "I forgot my password," and "I don’t have a NetID") in the Cornell dialog box work, should you need them.
  5. You may be asked to authenticate using Cornell’s Two-Step Login.

If the Equidox signin dialog box shows "Sign in with Google" instead of "Sign in with Microsoft," reload the original Equidox sign-in page
