To determine who the network administrator(s) are for your college or administrative unit:

1. Go to the list of network administrators (requires Cornell login and access via campus network or CU VPN).
2. In the Filter box (not "Search DNSDB" at the top of the page), type the name of your college or unit website. For example, to find the network administrators for CIT, type it.cornell.edu. The list will be filtered as you type.

You'll likely see more than one person listed for your unit. Any of them should be able to help you.
