WebNow Problem: Blank White Screen
When I try to access WebNow, I get a blank white page.
How to Solve this Problem
There are a number of causes for this problem.
Sometimes WebNow takes a long time (30 seconds or more) to load. We are working with the vendor to improve this situation.
If, after a full minute, you still have a blank page AND you are using Internet Explorer, it may be a setting in IE. In Internet Options, on the Advanced tab, in the Security section, you need to have both Use TLS 1.1 and Use TLS 1.2 checked.
If that doesn't fix the issue, you may have multiple versions of Java installed. Check with your local technical support for assistance.
Technical Info for Support Providers
- Check the user's computer against the Technical Requirements for this service.
- Make sure that the computer does not have both 32-bit and 64-bit JREs. If it does, uninstall both, then reinstall the correct one for that computer's hardware.
