Log In to Perceptive Content

The Perceptive Content desktop client requires Two-Step Login. Please check with your local technical support staff if you do not have this active or if you are not sure. If you have set a default authentication method in Two-Step, your identity will be confirmed using that method.
When you launch the Perceptive Content Client, then enter your User name (your NetID@cornell.edu address) and associated Password.
- If you have set an automatic authentication method in Two-Step, your identity will be confirmed using that method.
- If you have NOT set a default authentication in Two-Step, you will need to include a command word along with your password to initiate the second part of authentication. See our Log in With Append Mode article for a complete description of this process. And, when you're done with Perceptive Content for today, we recommend that you set an automatic authentication method in Two-Step so this will be easier next time.
