Request a Lab
This article applies to: Computer Labs
Faculty, academic staff supporting a course, and people scheduling for other academic related activities may reserve an instructional lab. Please reserve a lab at least one week in advance to allow it to be scheduled for your class.
Check Availability of Labs
To check the availability of your desired lab, go to Lab Locations and click “Class Schedule.”
Make Your Reservation
Faculty can reserve a lab for academic and research-related resources. Please reserve a lab at least one week in advance to allow it to be scheduled for your class. You can also request specialized software when you're making a reservation (in this case, please submit your request at least two weeks in advance).
A lab staff member will respond to the contact person listed on the reservation request to confirm the detailsand to identify any special needs.
Ensure Your Students Can Use the Lab
The computers in some labs require a Cornell NetID and password to log in, so please confirm that all class participants are prepared to use Cornell NetID and password. If some participants don't have a Cornell NetID, please indicate that when you reserve the lab. A lab staff member will work with you to provide access.
