Event Technical Support and Media Production services meet the audio-visual (AV) needs of events through a fee-based service. From webinar support to hybrid events, CIT has the staff, expertise, and equipment to meet your event's technical needs.

Video Record 

  • Videographer 
  • Single camera and professional microphone package 
  • AV or room sound support available at additional cost 
  • An embed code to embed the video on your website 
  • Video delivered through Cornell Cast or Cornell’s Video On Demand (VOD) 
  • 5 business day turn around video recording that is closed captioned, optional picture-in-picture of slides, and fade in/fade out video editing with standard Cornell branded bumpers** 

Hybrid EventsOne Camera (in-person with virtual component)

  • Videographer

  • Customized Zoom meeting or webinar

Billing

Billing is done through the CIT Unified Billing System, the same system used for voice and data billing. Bills are viewable online the first of the month following the service date. If you have any questions or need help accessing the billing system, please contact the CIT Billing Office.
