Cornell's Optional Email Alias service is available to Cornell faculty, staff, and trustees.

Cornell faculty, staff, and trustees are eligible for Cornell's Optional Email Alias service.

Only email addresses with "@cornell.edu" are eligible.

  • Students are not eligible.
  • Temporary staff are not eligible
  • Staff at the Weill Cornell Medical College are not eligible.

You can check your eligibility and/or request an Alias by going to Who I Am and clicking the Email tab. If you're eligible, you will see a section labeled Optional Email Alias.

Only those who are eligible will see this section.
